Flexible days. Real impact.

We’re looking for caring, reliable, and adaptable SEND Teaching Assistants to join a brilliant secondary special school in Hackney on a short-term, day-to-day basis.

  • Assisting teachers with lessons, behaviour support, and one-to-one guidance

  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive routines

  • Bringing energy, empathy, and teamwork into every classroom

You’ll need:

  • Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, or care background welcome)

  • A calm, flexible approach and great communication skills

  • A DBS on the update service (or happy to apply for one)
