What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory needs, and communication difficulties

  • Helping create a warm, structured environment where children feel safe and ready to learn

  • Teaming up with teachers and therapists to keep routines smooth

  • Bringing patience, kindness, and a good sense of humour to every day

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in an SEN setting, or transferable experience from care, youth work, or mainstream support

  • Someone who stays calm when the day takes an unexpected turn

  • A team player who can build trust quickly

  • A genuine love for helping children thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
