SEN Teaching Assistant – Day-to-Day Cover
Location: Islington
Pay: £90 to £95 per day
Contract: Flexible day cover, immediate start

What your day might look like

Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, sensory needs, or communication differences

Helping keep routines structured and predictable

Working closely with teachers and therapists to create supportive learning spaces

Bringing patience, creativity, and a kind voice to pupils who need consistency more than anything
What we’re looking for

Experience with SEND, or transferable experience from care, youth work or similar roles

Someone who stays calm, even when behaviour gets a bit wobbly
-
A warm communicator who builds trust quickly

A real team player who loves seeing children grow in confidence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
