What you’ll be doing as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school

Supporting pupils during lessons, small-group activities, and individual tasks.

Helping pupils follow routines and stay engaged in ways that match their learning needs.

Working closely with teachers and support staff to adapt activities where needed.

Providing encouragement, reassurance, and consistency throughout the day.
