Special Needs Focused Teaching Assistant

At Protocol Education we are currently looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants to work full time or part time at some fantastic schools

We have built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality teaching assistants to work with these schools to positively impact the progress and attainment of their pupils.

About the role:

Our teaching assistants’ duties can include:

  • Working with small groups of pupils
  • Providing intervention support
  • 1:1 support for SEND and lower ability pupils

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Some experience of working with children or in a school (not essential)
  • A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
  • Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
