About the role
You’ll be joining a friendly, specialist team supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including autism, communication needs, physical disabilities, and social emotional challenges. No two days look the same, but you’ll always be part of a supportive, experienced staff who work closely together.
Your role will include:

Supporting pupils in small groups and 1:1 sessions

Helping to create structured, engaging learning routines

Using sensory strategies and communication tools

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams

Providing calm, consistent support during challenging moments

Experience working in SEND, ideally with secondary-aged pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
