Position: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

Hours: Mon - Fri (08:30 - 15:30)
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant at Protocol Education, your primary responsibilities will include:
Classroom Support: Collaborating with teachers to provide classroom support, assisting with lesson preparation, and facilitating activities that promote students' learning and development.
Individualized Assistance: Offering one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational requirements.
Behavior Management: Assisting in managing classroom behavior and implementing behavior support plans, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Resource Development: Creating or adapting educational resources and materials to cater to individual student needs and enhance their learning experiences.
Data Collection: Collecting and analyzing data on students' progress and behavior, helping to inform instructional decisions and interventions.
Small Group Work: Conducting small group activities or interventions to reinforce key concepts and support student engagement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
