About the role
Looking for flexible work where every day’s a little different? We’re searching for friendly, reliable Teaching Assistants to provide daily supply cover across welcoming primary and secondary schools in Enfield. You’ll be the extra pair of hands that keeps classrooms running smoothly — supporting teachers, helping pupils, and making a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils with their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups

  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

  • Helping to create a calm, positive environment where pupils can thrive

  • Adapting quickly to new settings and routines

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working with children or young people (in schools or other settings)

  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach

  • Confidence supporting learners of mixed abilities

  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
