KS1 Teaching Assistant – Camden Primary School

Looking to make a real difference in a KS1 classroom? We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Camden who are looking for a brilliant Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 1 team.

This role is perfect if you love helping little learners build confidence, curiosity, and a love of school life. Whether you’re supporting phonics, getting creative with crafts, or celebrating those lightbulb moments, you’ll be the steady hand that keeps the class running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils in Year 1 and Year 2 with day-to-day learning

  • Working with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed

  • Helping pupils grow in confidence, independence, and enthusiasm

  • Experience working with children (school-based or other settings)

  • A positive, patient, and proactive approach
