Job Duties:
- Supporting teachers in delivering educational programmes and activities
- Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
- Helping to create and maintain a positive learning environment
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to education
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
- Experience working with children or young people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Education:
- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Additional qualifications in childcare or education are desirable
Experience:
- Prior experience working with children or young people
- Experience in a school or educational setting is advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning processes
- Ability to provide academic support and assist with learning activities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Basic IT skills for assisting with educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- First aid certification
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
- Full-Time hours with occasional flexibility required
- May involve standing or walking for extended periods
- Interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
