Make a difference – one day at a time
Looking for flexible work where you can genuinely help students thrive? We’re on the lookout for calm, compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team for day cover in schools across Camden.
You’ll be stepping into classrooms that need a steady hand and a kind heart—supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning, stay regulated, and feel safe. One day you might be 1:1 with a child with autism, the next you could be helping lead a small sensory group. Every day’s different, and every day matters.
What you’ll be doing:
-
Supporting pupils with EHCPs, often on a 1:1 basis
-
Working closely with SENCOs, class teachers, and therapists
-
Helping create structured, nurturing environments
-
Bringing patience, empathy, and a good sense of humour to the table!
We’d love to hear from you if:
-
You’ve got experience working with children or young people with SEND
-
You’re positive, adaptable, and up for a challenge
-
You can bring a calm, supportive presence to any classroom
