This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with learners to support sensory needs, emotional regulation, and personalised care. You’ll be part of a nurturing team where consistency and respect are central to every interaction.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with sensory regulation strategies

Helping learners access the curriculum through adapted approaches

Assisting with personal care with dignity and respect

Recording observations to support planning

Working with the wider team to refine individual support plans
Essential qualities

Experience supporting sensory or complex needs

Calm, observant and respectful manner

Strong teamwork and communication skills

TA qualification desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
