Protocol Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) assist in schools across Bath. If you're enthusiastic about helping children grow and succeed, we'd love for you to be a part of our team!

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to primary-aged children.

  • Assist teachers with classroom management, and activities.

  • Offer encouragement and guidance to children, promoting their personal and academic development.

  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A person who is passionate about working with children.

  • ️ Excellent communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.

  • Ability to assist with lesson delivery and support individual learning needs.

  • Previous experience working in a classroom setting is a plus, but not essential.
