What you’ll be doing

Leading whole-class sessions when teachers are planning or off-site

Running small group interventions and catch-up activities

Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils

Teaming up with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning

Bringing energy, fun, and purpose to every lesson
What we’re looking for

HLTA status (or solid experience leading lessons)

Confident classroom presence and calm behaviour management
-
Flexible, positive, and ready to get stuck in

A genuine love of learning—and helping children share it
Bonus points if you have

Thrive training (or you’re keen to complete our free Thrive course!)

Experience supporting SEND, phonics, or KS2

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
