What you’ll be doing

  • Leading whole-class sessions when teachers are planning or off-site

  • Running small group interventions and catch-up activities

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils

  • Teaming up with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning

  • Bringing energy, fun, and purpose to every lesson

What we’re looking for

  • HLTA status (or solid experience leading lessons)

  • Confident classroom presence and calm behaviour management

  • Flexible, positive, and ready to get stuck in

  • A genuine love of learning—and helping children share it

Bonus points if you have

  • Thrive training (or you’re keen to complete our free Thrive course!)

  • Experience supporting SEND, phonics, or KS2
