What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils in class, helping them stay engaged and confident

Working alongside experienced teachers to understand how lessons come to life

Providing extra support for pupils with additional needs (SEN)

Building relationships that help children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn
What we’re looking for:

Some experience working with young people (in schools, clubs, youth work, or care)

A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
-
An interest in education and a desire to develop towards teaching
-
Knowledge or experience of supporting children with SEN is highly valued
