What you'll be doing:

Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups - especially those with SEND

Keeping the class on track and giving teachers an extra pair of trusted hands

Encouraging confidence, managing behaviour, and keeping things positive

Every day is different - and that’s what keeps it interesting!
What you bring:

Experience working with children or young people (in or out of school)
-
A calm, flexible approach and loads of patience
-
Bonus points if you’ve worked with SEND (autism, ADHD, SEMH) - but it’s not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
