Protocol Education is looking for friendly, adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our daily supply team across primary and SEND schools in Southwark. Whether you're a seasoned TA or just starting out, if you bring energy, patience, and a big heart—we’d love to work with you.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils in the classroom, 1:1 or in small groups

Helping teachers keep lessons flowing smoothly

Creating calm, supportive spaces for learning (your superpower!)

Pitching in with activities, routines, and big TA energy
You’ll need:

Experience working with children (in schools or other settings)

A kind, confident approach and strong communication skills

Flexibility and a good sense of humour (essential for Year 4 )

Location: Southwark and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible, part-time or full-time (you choose!)
Pay: £90–£100 per day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
