The Role

You will be working across the prep or senior department (depending on your specialism), supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

  • Providing 1:1 and small group academic support to high-ability students.

  • Assisting with lesson planning and resource preparation.

  • Getting involved in the wider school life, including clubs and extracurricular activities.

  • Acting as a role model and mentor to students.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who embodies the high standards of the independent sector. You should be:

  • Educated to Degree Level: Ideally with a 2:1 or above from a leading university.

  • Articulate & Professional: Capable of communicating effectively with staff, parents, and students.

  • Passionate: A genuine interest in education or a specific subject (Maths, English, Science, or Humanities specialists are highly encouraged).
