Key Responsibilities:

Providing support to the classroom teacher across various subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and 4).

Working with students in small groups and occasionally 1:1 to consolidate learning and boost confidence.

Assisting with the preparation of resources and displays to create an engaging learning environment.

Supporting the school's behaviour policies to maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.

Helping to address the learning needs of all pupils, including those requiring general academic assistance.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:

Have relevant experience working with children or young people, ideally within a secondary school setting.

Be proactive, enthusiastic, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

Demonstrate a passion for supporting the education and development of young people.

Be available to commit to a full-time role starting in January 2026.

Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one through Protocol Education).
