This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working hands-on with learners who benefit from sensory support, emotional regulation strategies, and structured routines.
What you’ll do

Support pupils with sensory regulation throughout the school day

Help learners access the curriculum with appropriate sensory breaks and techniques

Assist with personal care as needed with dignity and respect

Maintain clear and accurate records of pupil progress

Work closely with the wider team to personalise support
You’ll need

Experience working with sensory needs, Autism or complex learning profiles

Strong observational and reflective skills
-
A calm, thoughtful and respectful approach
-
TA qualification is desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
