About the Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary schools looking for a passionate, patient, and energetic Teaching Assistants to support pupils with challenging behaviour. If you love helping children thrive, enjoy a varied day, and want to make a real difference, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour in the classroom and playground.

Helping to implement behaviour plans and strategies.

Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive social interaction.

Working closely with teachers, SENCo, and the wider team to provide the best support.

Monitoring progress and celebrating successes along the way.
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children, especially those who need extra support.

Patient, empathetic, and positive team players.

Calm under pressure with strong communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
