This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent Teaching Assistant to join an expanding Special Education Needs school who are seeking flexible and committed people to join them.

There will be some 1:1 support with students but there will be plenty of support available.

They are particularly keen to hear from people who have an interest in pastoral and well-being as well as being able to focus academic and wider skills to prepare and develop every child for their future.

This school adopts a holistic approach and tailor their curriculum and classroom delivery to every child's individual needs.

The students are aged between 11-19 years old and have an Education Health Care Plan.  They have communication and interaction difficulties, often related to autism.

Whilst experience is preferable, we would consider candidates with transferable skills like working in a care background.
