Are you looking for a new role as a Teaching Assistant? If so, this could be the role for you!

Secondondary and SEND Schools in Bristol are looking for a Teaching Assistants to join their school ASAP!

Your role will be to support children throughout the day in order to support pupils to develop their social communication and co-operation skills, social and emotional development, speech and language skills and motor skills development sometimes under the guidance of specialist agencies.

You will help to provide a range of support, planning (under guidance from specialists), resource, deliver, monitor and review progress for children with SEND on individual /group programmes or support plans within the classroom.

You will be required to take responsibility for individuals / groups of children with identified areas of need; providing interventions as appropriate to meet the needs of the school and to support the children in class with their work as directed.

You will need to have energy and enthusiasm as well as a good sense of humour and resilience and a good working knowledege of the National Curriculum.

Previous experience working with children is not essential, however we are looking for someone with self-drive and proactiveness.
