Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support individual students and small groups, focusing on specific learning needs.
- Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities.
- Assist with the recording and monitoring of student progress.
- Support students with personal care needs, if required.
About You:
- Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably as a Teaching Assistant.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Desirable:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development.
