Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support individual students and small groups, focusing on specific learning needs.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities.
  • Assist with the recording and monitoring of student progress.
  • Support students with personal care needs, if required.

About You:

  • Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development.
