This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking for work from Spetember. This school is inclusive, dedicated to providing excellent learning experiences for all children. All staff are committed to delivering high-quality education in a caring and safe environment. This position is open to both Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners, with a requirement of 6 months of experience in a UK childcare setting.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare learning materials
  • Adapt teaching support according to students' needs
  • Look after children's physical, social, and emotional welfare
  • Create an engaging environment for students
  • ️ Keep records and attend review meetings
  • ️ Collaborate with professionals such as speech and language therapists

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 2 teaching assistant qualification
  • Safeguarding

Education:

  • Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification

Experience:

  • 6 months experience in a UK childcare setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Sensitivity and understanding
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Enjoy working with others
  • Flexibility and openness to change
  • ️ Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of teaching and course design

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
