Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation and organization.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Supporting students with special educational needs and adapting materials as required.
Supervising students during breaks, lunchtimes, and on school trips.
Assisting with the assessment and recording of student progress.
Contributing to the creation of engaging and interactive learning activities.
Qualifications:
A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is preferred.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are a plus.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
