Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Ealing, London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the academic and personal development of students. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and implementing educational activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support student learning.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
