Job Title:Teaching Assistant

Location: Radlett

Pay: £77 - £90 per day

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Contract Type: Full Time or Part-time, minimum 3 days per week

Protocol Education is actively seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for ongoing opportunities in Rickmansworth. We are looking for individuals with previous experience to join our team and contribute to the success of students in all Key Stages from EYFS to KS2. The positions are available for an immediate start.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with class teachers to assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Manage student behavior during class activities.
- Skillfully de-escalate situations within the classroom in a considerate and effective manner.
- Collect and return student work at the conclusion of each lesson to the appropriate recipient.

Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children is essential.
- A positive and impactful character in the classroom, with a genuine passion for working with young people.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and reading comprehension.
- Proven track record of positively impacting the lives of children, with experience in any field.

Additional Information:
- Pay is dependent on experience and role requirements.
- All applicants must live in and hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
