Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant at Protocol Education, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to provide classroom support, including assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.

  2. Individualized Assistance: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs, offering additional guidance and encouragement.

  3. Behavior Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment by implementing behavior management strategies and supporting students' emotional well-being.

  4. Resource Preparation: Prepare and organize educational materials and resources, ensuring they are readily available for use in teaching and learning activities.

  5. Assessment Support: Assist in assessing students' progress, including grading assignments, exams, and coursework, and providing feedback to both students and teachers.

  6. Supervision: Monitor and supervise students during break times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
