SEN Teaching Assistant

     We are currently seeking a Secondary Teaching Assistant to work in a school that has a mainstream curriculum with inbuilt specialist support for students with Dyslexia and Specific Learning Difficulties.

       The successful candidate, whilst working under supervision of a qualified teacher, must be able to work independently meeting the needs of the learners who deserve the very best support, opportunities and encouragement to improve their learning and development.

The successful applicant will:

  • Eligible to work in the UK ( Right to work in the UK documentation)
  • Ideally to have experience in working with SEND students.
  • Have a safeguarding qualification or willing to complete a course provided for free by our company.
  • Have an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, alternative willing to apply for one through ourselves.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
