We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive Hartlepool SEN school supporting learners with special educational needs including Autism (ASC), PMLD (Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties).
About the role:
- Full time, Monday – Friday
- Providing 1:1 and group support to pupils
- Being an accessible, supportive member of staff
- Creating fun and engaging learning experiences for children and young adults.
- Delivering or supporting exciting lessons planned by teachers

You will need to have:
- DBS on the update service or be willing to purchase
- If you have been overseas in the last 5 years for a period of 6 months or more you MUST have a overseas police check
- Have worked with children with special needs or transferable skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
