Protocol Education are a UK leading education agency that are currently working alongside a fantastic, big primary special school in Lewisham area. They are currently looking for new Learning Support Assistants to join their team in April. This will be a long-term role where you will continue to work there and build strong relationships with your students and team. You will be working Monday - Friday with a student with SEN needs and Autism. In the classroom there will be the class teacher, a HLTA and a couple of LSA's all working together as a team to support the students in lessons.

To be considered you must have sen experience or have a real passion to start a career in education supporting children and young people with complex needs and learning disabilities. These students are in KS1 - KS2 and they all have challenging behaviours or Autism. We need bright, resilient, proactive and adaptable LSA's to come and join this team and make a difference to the students’ everyday lives in education.

This role would be great for nursery practitioners looking to step into a primary school setting, candidates looking to move out of care that have experience working with the vulnerable and graduates who are seeking their first ever full-time job where they can learn on job, create strong relationships and be a part of a big team.
