A nurturing two-form entry school in BS14 is looking for a TA to support a Reception child with speech and language needs.
The setting is bright, well-resourced and big on outdoor learning. The EYFS lead is hands-on and incredibly supportive, especially with SEN provision.
The role includes:
• Supporting communication and language development
• Using visual timetables and sensory strategies
• Working in small group interventions
• Celebrating the tiny milestones that mean everything
What they want:
• Experience in EYFS or SEN
• A patient, playful approach
• Confidence supporting early communication
