We’re working with a warm, two-form entry primary school in BS5 with a real community feel. They’re looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs, helping them feel safe, confident and ready to learn.

Your day-to-day

  • Providing consistent 1:1 support

  • Helping the pupil access learning and routines

  • Supporting emotional regulation and confidence

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
