Looking for a role where every day’s a little different and always rewarding?

Whether you've worked in a school, nursery, youth club, or run the world’s most energetic sports camp, your experience matters here.

We’re on the lookout for brilliant support staff to join our team of Teaching Assistants working across mainstream primary schools. You’ll be helping children learn, grow, and thrive - whether for a day, a term, or something longer.

What’s the job?

  • Supporting teachers in the classroom (and being their right-hand hero)

  • Helping children with learning, behaviour, and confidence

  • Creating a safe, happy space for pupils to flourish

  • Bringing patience, care, and a bit of creative flair to the school day

The roles are flexible

  • Day-to-day supply (you choose your days)

  • Long-term placements (get stuck in with one school)

  • Full-time and part-time options

You don’t need to have school experience (though that’s a bonus)

We welcome people with experience in:

  • Nurseries or early years settings

  • Youth work or after-school clubs

  • Summer camps or sports coaching

  • Care settings or volunteer programmes

If you've worked with children and love being part of their learning journey, we want to hear from you.
