This school is looking for an Intervention Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted support in literacy and numeracy. You’ll work with small groups or individual pupils, helping close gaps, build confidence, and celebrate progress, all within a well-organised, supportive setting.
You’ll have clear plans, guidance from teachers, and time to focus on the children you’re supporting, rather than being pulled in ten different directions.
You’ll be responsible for:

Delivering small group or 1:1 interventions

Supporting pupils with literacy and numeracy development

Feeding back progress to teachers

Helping children feel confident and capable in their learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
