We’re working closely with a friendly SEND school in Enfield that’s on the lookout for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant. This is a setting that understands behaviour is communication, values consistency, and knows how important great support staff are to pupils’ progress.

What your day could include:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them feel safe, calm, and ready to learn

  • Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and wider support teams to keep routines consistent

  • Supporting pupils with communication, regulation, and social development

  • Celebrating the small wins, because they matter more than you think

This role could suit you if you:

  • Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND, in a school or care setting

  • Bring patience, empathy, and a calm head, even on challenging days

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
