We’re working with a welcoming two form entry primary school in BS13 who are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support learning across the school. The team is collaborative, the children are brilliant, and flexibility is key.

If you’re someone who can read the room, shift your approach, and bring calm when things wobble, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils in class, small groups, and occasionally 1:1

  • Adapting support to suit different learning and emotional needs

  • Working closely with teachers to keep lessons running smoothly

  • Being a consistent, reassuring presence in the classroom
