This welcoming two form entry primary school in South Bristol is looking for adaptable Teaching Assistants who can think on their feet and bring warmth into the school day. No two days are the same here, and that’s exactly how they like it.

You’ll be supporting learning across the school, building relationships with pupils, and helping children feel confident, safe, and ready to learn.

Your role will include

  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • Adjusting your approach to suit different learning styles and needs

  • Offering calm, consistent support when children need it most

  • Being a reliable, positive presence in the classroom

What you will bring

  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to get stuck in

  • Confidence adapting your support to different pupils

  • A nurturing, patient approach

  • Experience in a school setting or with children in another capacity
