Looking for a TA role where you’re genuinely part of the team, not just an extra pair of hands?

We’re working with a friendly two form entry primary school in South Bristol (BS13) who are keen to welcome enthusiastic Teaching Assistants into their classrooms. This is a school that values adaptability, teamwork, and people who bring positive energy into the day.

Whether you’re supporting whole-class learning, working in small groups, or offering 1:1 support, you’ll be making a real difference to children who need consistency and encouragement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small groups

  • Adapting your approach to meet different learning and emotional needs

  • Working closely with teachers and fellow TAs to keep learning flowing

  • Helping create a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What you will bring

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for working with children

  • The ability to adapt your practice to suit different pupils and situations

  • Patience, resilience, and a good sense of humour

  • Experience as a TA is great, but the right mindset matters just as much
