Protocol Education is searching for an experienced, dedicated and ambitious LSA that has an extremely supportive nature.

Responsibilities

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups
  • Supporting children’s behavioural and social development
  • Supporting children with additional needs
  • Supporting EAL students

 

Ideal candidate

  • Adequate SEN training
  • Dedicated
  • Knowledgeable of the national curriculum
  • Empathetic
  • Available at least 3 days per week

The perfect candidate will be working with this school in Brent whose focus is on supporting each student’s learning progression, behaviour, and emotional needs. As an LSA at this school, you need to be able to actively listen, have knowledge of the school’s curriculum, the ability to adapt and have maturity and professionalism to approach all situations and scenarios.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
