Protocol Education is working with secondary schools across Middlesbrough to recruit Teaching Assistants to support learning across KS3, KS4, and KS5. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in education or SEND support, looking to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
The Role:

Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities across multiple subjects.

Work with small groups or provide 1:1 support for students with additional needs.

Help students stay engaged and meet their learning objectives.

Assist with classroom management, preparation of resources, and administrative tasks.

Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working in schools, with KS3–KS5 pupils preferred.

Confident supporting students with varying needs and abilities.
-
Reliable, adaptable, and proactive.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
