Teaching Assistant

We are seeking experienced teaching assistants and graduates to join this friendly & supportive team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students
- Working with individual students or small groups to provide additional support and guidance
- Helping to create a positive and safe learning environment for all students
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as taking the register and preparing resources
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working as a teaching assistant in a UK school setting, or a relevant degree for graduates
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students to achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A willingness to undertake any necessary training and development to support their role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
