Job Duties:

  • Supporting the teacher in managing classroom activities
  • Assisting students with special educational needs, including ASC and SEMH
  • Helping to create a positive learning environment
  • Providing one-to-one support to students when necessary
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

GCSEs in English and Maths


  • Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
  • GCSEs in English and Maths are desirable


Previous experience working in a classroom setting is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills

Working Conditions:

This role involves working during school hours, term-time only
