Flexible Teaching & Admin Assistant Roles – Croydon

Love the buzz of a school day but not tied to a single desk or classroom? If you’ve got a mix of teaching support and admin skills, we’ve got the perfect flexible role for you.

We’re working with a range of fantastic primary schools across Croydon who are looking for reliable, all-rounders to support on a daily supply basis. One day you might be in the classroom supporting small groups, the next you could be greeting parents at reception or keeping the office running smoothly.

It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety and knows how to hit the ground running.

The Essentials:

  • Full-time availability preferred

  • Day-to-day supply work—no long-term commitment required

  • Roles in friendly, welcoming schools across Croydon

Your Role May Include:

  • Classroom support—EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • 1:1 or small group interventions

  • Reception cover, parent liaison and admin tasks

  • Data entry, pupil records, and everyday office support

‍♀️ About You:

  • Experience in a school setting—either as a TA, admin, or both

  • Comfortable adapting quickly to new environments

  • Confident, calm, and great with people

  • Organised and ready to roll with whatever the day brings

What’s In It For You?

  • Weekly pay through PAYE—no umbrella deductions

  • FREE Thrive training and access to online CPD

  • Local bookings from a supportive consultant who knows Lambeth

  • A chance to grow your skills across different school roles

Not Thrive trained yet? No stress—we’ll sort it! It’s quick, free, and gives you an extra edge.
