Protocol Education are looking for a SEND Teacher to join an all age specialist provision based in Loughton. This is with the view to start September, or January for the right candidate.

Do you have Qualified Teacher Status?

 

This provision is deemed a Good School by Ofsted, and they are dedicated to providing a nurturing and aspirational environment for children and young people aged 3-19 with severe learning needs. You will be responsbile for the education and welfare of a designated class of pupils with significant and complex needs.


Experience is preferred but not essential! The school are committed to providing the support and resources necessary to help you thrive in your role.

 

The role-

• Support children with SLD and complex needs, providing individualised attention and care.


• Deliver a bespoke curriculum tailored to the specific needs of our students through our Learning Pathway approach.


• Collaborate with a team of skilled teaching assistants, to ensure each child receives the support they require.


• Assist students with personal care needs, showing a willingness to provide necessary support.


• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging the social and emotional development of each child.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
