About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teacher to work within a specialist alternative education setting supporting pupils with SEMH needs. The role involves delivering a personalised curriculum while supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and behaviour development.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.

Adapt teaching to meet individual learning and emotional needs.

Foster positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Implement behaviour management strategies consistently.

Monitor and assess pupil progress.

Support pupils in developing confidence and self-esteem.
Skills & Experience
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Experience in SEMH, PRU or alternative provision is desirable.

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Flexible, reflective and resilient approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
