Position: Music Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive music lessons to students
  • Create and implement a comprehensive music curriculum
  • Evaluate and assess students' musical abilities regularly
  • Organise and participate in school music events and performances
  • Provide individualised feedback and support to enhance students' musical skills

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
  • Experience teaching music at the secondary school level

Experience:

  • Teaching music at the secondary school level
  • Experience in creating and delivering music lessons

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in music theory and practical music skills
  • Inspiring and motivating presence in the classroom
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Music Education
  • Experience leading music ensembles or choirs

Working Conditions:
