Are you an experienced Teacher of Health and Social Care seeking a new opportunity in Hackney?

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a Secondary School based in Hackney who wish to appoint a Teacher of Health & Social Care. The candidate must be an outstanding, focused and motivated individual who can lead the pupils to achieve far beyond their own expectations. The successful candidate must have passion for their subject and a desire to develop this in others. They must be eager to advance their own teaching skills and develop professionally as well as being keen to share ideas with their colleagues within this dedicated team. A willingness to contribute more widely to the extra-curricular life of the school is expected.

Health & Social Care is an extremely popular subject within the school. You will inspire pupils to learn every day and support other teachers and leaders in this area to produce the best possible lessons and activities that engage and challenge every pupil, including offering enrichment to enhance and deepen subject knowledge.

Requirements for the role;

- Experience of Teaching Health and Social Care up to KS5 (A-Level)

- Qualified Teacher Status is desirable however, canddiates without QTS will be considered for the role

- Passion for your subject and Teaching and Learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
