Job Title: Teacher of Graphics

Job Duties:
- Design and deliver engaging graphics lessons to students
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student work to support their learning
- Create and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student understanding
- Collaborate with colleagues in departmental meetings to develop the curriculum
- Supervise and support students in practical design projects
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proficient in graphic design software and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Experience:
Prior experience teaching graphics or related subjects is preferred
Ideal candidate will have an Art-related Degree and experience teaching in post-16 education. Previous experience in the Graphics industry is advantageous, but not essential.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of design principles and techniques
- Ability to engage and inspire students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school setting with access to classrooms and design studios
- Full-time hours, temporary position
- Collaborative work environment with other teaching staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
